3. ICVS Non-Profit Humane Animal Welfare Programs • • • • Facing a growing pet population in a market with few government or NGO sponsored animal welfare programs, ICVS created professionally managed Non-Profit Humane Animal Welfare Programs to address these critical needs in the community ICVS currently funds all of these programs directly with the donation of its hospital facilities, medical equipment and supplies, veterinarian and medical staff skills and administration and management resources With the lack of presence and restrictions on activities by animal welfare organizations such as the SPCA, ASPCA, Humane Society, etc., ICVS has filled this void for the community The demands of a growing pet population means ICVS now urgently needs additional funding support to continue our work and to maintain our animal welfare programs for the community. 3 ©2020 International Center for Veterinary Services; www.ICVSASIA.com
